Bright, open, and built for people who are all in.

An 8,000 sqft founder space in Mount Pleasant, Vancouver, close to Tacofino, DearGus Wine Bar, Purebread, Elysian Coffee, bike parking, and plenty of space for walking phone calls to stretch the legs.

What’s inside:
Dedicated desks — your own setup, your own rhythm.
Hot desks — flexible, drop-in, still part of the team.
Private phone booths — no more pacing the sidewalk for calls.
Meeting rooms — space to plan, pitch, or build.
Lounge corners & breakout spots — where ideas and conversations overlap.
24/7 access — because founders don’t do 9-to-5.
Kitchen stocked — coffee and tea always on.
Dog-friendly — because, why not.

Kallisté Grissa

I'm the Head of Marketing at LOI: Canada's largest accelerator, coworking space and VC Fund for founders under 30. Wanna chat? Email: joel@loi.vc

LOI (League of Innovators) was co-founded by Hootsuite's Ryan Holmes and Angel Investor Manny Padda with a focus on removing barriers to mentor and accelerate young entrepreneurs. Over the last couple years, we've worked with 2,000 alumni, seen $1B+ of enterprise value created, invested in 50 startups and opened a 8,000 sqft coworking space. If you're a founder, investor or startup wanting to learn more, please reach out to say hello: hello@loi.vc

Marketing: On the storytelling front, I've produced content that's earned 100M+ views with many stories gaining 1M+ impressions alone. I’ve hosted 100+ events and collaborated with speakers like Marc Randolph (Netflix Cofounder) and the Shopify President (Harley Finkelstein). I also advise a small group of Brands/CEOs to scale their storytelling and oversee a portfolio of 2M+ followers across social media, newsletters and company accounts.

Press: I've been recognized by BC Business as a Top 30 Under 30, Daily Hive as one of Vancouver's Top 30 Tech Influencers to follow and featured by GoDaddy as a Thought Leader in the Influencer Marketing space. Additionally, I've been quoted in publications like Forbes, Entrepreneur, Betakit, Indiehackers and BCAMA. I've also given 2 TEDx Talks on the power of social media.

Speaking: I've spoken at 100+ events for organizations like Microsoft, UBC, the University of Toronto, LA Staples Centre, Rogers Arena, and Linkedin HQ. If you'd like to reach about about an event, you can find my contact info below.

Away from work, you'll find me on a road bike, by the water or working on a new project. Have questions? Drop me a note.
